This restaurant is very high-end and classy. Be aware that whatever items you order will be huge serving. Everything was really... tasty and service was exceptional. Be aware that the premium food and service come at a premium price. This is a greatlocation for special occasions. 5/5 experience. We came here for our 7th wedding anniversary. This was my first time every going to a restaurant like this. It... was very romantic and the vibes were calming. I ordered the 8oz filet and it was probably one of the best steaks I have ever hadin my life. It was so tender each bite I had. The mashed potatoes were so delicious as well. First time there and we are definitely going back. Going to make this one of our new happy hour spots as well. Place has the... ambiance of a great old steakhouse and it doesn't disappoint when the food gets to the table. The old building made it evenbetter. It breaks me to have to give a Myron's less then a perfect review... Unfortunately it was not the great experience that you get... at the SA location. My husband had never been to the New Braunfels location, so we decided to do our date night there this pastweek. I have always told him how wonderful the ambiance was of this place and that he would love it just as much as the otherlocation in which we had our very 1st date at. Well, it didn't really work out that way ????. We made a reservation and were oneof the first tables sat in the front dinning area that is secluded from the main beautiful area. As the restaurant got stackedthey sat a party of four behind us that made things very uncomfortable. During a covid surge, I feel like we should not feellike we are sharing a table with strangers. We had to legit move our table so the gentleman behind me was not rubbing chairswith me. When the food was served it was very under seasoned and blah. We had sloppy displayed plates and my husband's shimpwere grossly over cooked. Our server and serving assistant were fantastic, but I do not want to mention their names on a lessthan great review. I really hope this was a fluke and things are not going in a bad direction for such a good place. Everything we ordered had amazing flavor and was perfectly cooked - so delicious! The service was excellent! The tables feel... private, with low lighting, and it's set in an old theater building, so it has character and charm. I will definitely go backnext time I'm in town.
