Me, my wife, and our son came to get dinner around 6:30 PM, and were told there would be a 25-30 minute wait. So we waited.... Maybe 10 minutes had passed, and our table was ready. Our server, Rey, was awesome! He was constantly coming and checking on us,and making sure everything was satisfactory, and it absolutely was. I ordered a medium rare sirloin, and it was cooked toperfection, the calamari was also delicious. I have zero complaints. Great job, Rey. We’ll be back. Read more
I know it’s Olive Garden, but still wanted to review it. We were wanting spaghetti and this was the best we could find on... Google. We added fresh mushrooms to the dish which bumped the flavor profile a bit. It was good, and the service was great!!Priscilla was our table side expert, and she was great. Normally frequent Olive garden at Live Oak Civic center because it is closer to us. However at times when they are extremely... packed and have to wait a long time for a table, I don't mind driving down I35 to this location in New Braunfels. Really enjoythe service and food here can't complain and yes at times they can also be a little busy but most of the time it's a little bitmore chill than the other location but besides that the food the service the personal out here are extremely awesome, we enjoydining here. First of all we love the food there. We’ll our server “Bo” took him 15min before he came to ask us for our drinks or... introduce himself. Once we got our soup not once did he come and ask if we want it more soup or a refill. He attended more tothe party of seven sitting next to us. He will go and ask them for refills how’s everything y’all And after getting our foodHe still didn’t come and ask us for a refill or just checked up on us. He was too concerned about a party of seven next to us.I’m sure he is a very good worker but he needs to treat every customer equally. Read more
Amazing as always. The staff is extremely friendly, very welcoming. The food was above standard and came out in a timely... fashion. The waiter I had was funny and did exceptional to say that he was waiting multiple tables in different areas of thisextremely busy location. Of course like many restaurants on Sundays, it is extremely busy. The wait times are around 30 minutes. Read more
This olive garden had excellent service and helped me out with my 5 kids so that my wife and I could seamlessly come in and get... seated. We called ahead and they said there's no reservations but they would gladly "wait" for us ????... much appreciated! Mykids mostly behaved themselves and the waitress was very cordial and punctual. Excellent experience took my wife for her birthday. Mackenzie was our server. She did a fantastic job. Very personable.
The food was delicious ???? and our server summer was amazingly fun friendly and very helpful Served with pride and she did an... awesome job helping us to decide!!! She deserves a raise !!! ....
