So I just took a shower after waiting 2 hrs because the maintenance guy didn't show up when he's the 1 that is suppose to clean... the showers. Well the manager that is pregnant is doing it and doing a fine job. It is definitely not expected of her to cleanthe showers especially when she's pregnant. Young man at counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. Females that were supposedly cleaning the coffee area did not remake... coffee that was empty for over 3 hours. We went back in to buy some coffee and they were still out from earlier. Restrooms wereokay but not cleaned all day they were the same as when I went in 8 hours earlier same with coffee. I was quite impressed with this Pilot. It was clean and we'll maintained. The people were friendly and the thing that impressed... me was all the employees were actually working. It seems like almost any place now days it's hard to find more than a couplepeople actually doing what they are paid to do. Not here. Everyone was engaged in a productive task. And the clean well stockedstore showed it. There was even a guy outside cleaning the pumps with a spray bottle and rag. Not just going through themotions, he was actually cleaning them. This is the worst pilot I?ve ever been to. Their pumps are always down they?re always out of DEF. and to top it off you can... barely get in the entrance because there?s trucks parked you can only go one truck at a time this is a fire hazard. 10-26-2018. Only one way in and out. Holes are so deep, it shifted load that was strapped. Got to receiver and load was... rejected. Thanks Pilot for screwing my money up. It would be ok if I was a company driver, but I?m not. Every load I take is mylivelihood. Read more
Bathroom was clean. Store looks pretty clean overall. Descent size truck lot. Really disappointed in these truck stops that do... NOT have stamps or mailboxes for truckers. I'm sure they know it's difficult on the road to get stamps and drop things in themailbox so why not accomidate!?!? Give truckers a break please. Read more
Very nice n clean pilot but truck entrance is not marked anywhere on any side of roads. Truck entry is mile down infornt of QT... so who's gonna do a proper marking its not that you can roam around in semi ???? Read more
