There was 1 delivery driver and you automatically go to a third party- not stated in the app. I did get my pizza an hour after... it was supposed to be on its way. It was not fresh, the cheese had set and the crust was hard. The buyer should know it is goingto cost damn near $50 for a $23 order, in the pizza hut app. No discount was even offered. Read more

First let me say the staff were nice and the pizza was adequate. But, on arrival we saw " dining room open" signs all around the... building. Once inside a staff member ask if they could help us. I said "two please for dine in". She said "really? We don't getmany people who eat here." We were shocked at this statement. The dinning room had no lights on and only light coming throughwindows. The tables were dirty and the floor was littered with cardboard pieces from putting pizza boxes together. If don't wantcustomers to dine in, take that "dine in?" symbol off your web page and take down all those "dinning room open" signs off thebuilding exterior. We love Pizza Hut and drove 40 minutes to dine there. It was kind of sad! Read more

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We had issue after issue. Shawna, the GM, was an absolute nightmare to deal with.... We?ve never dealt with such callousness, combativeness and unprofessionalism when encountering an issue anywhere. I?m verysurprised she is the General Manager.
