There was 1 delivery driver and you automatically go to a third party- not stated in the app. I did get my pizza an hour after... it was supposed to be on its way. It was not fresh, the cheese had set and the crust was hard. The buyer should know it is goingto cost damn near $50 for a $23 order, in the pizza hut app. No discount was even offered. Read more

First let me say the staff were nice and the pizza was adequate. But, on arrival we saw " dining room open" signs all around the... building. Once inside a staff member ask if they could help us. I said "two please for dine in". She said "really? We don't getmany people who eat here." We were shocked at this statement. The dinning room had no lights on and only light coming throughwindows. The tables were dirty and the floor was littered with cardboard pieces from putting pizza boxes together. If don't wantcustomers to dine in, take that "dine in?" symbol off your web page and take down all those "dinning room open" signs off thebuilding exterior. We love Pizza Hut and drove 40 minutes to dine there. It was kind of sad! Read more
The service was great however management and Pizza Hut should be ashamed of theirselves for making these employees work in this... very hot building. It had to be 85 to 90 degrees inside. We just picked up pizza and immediately when we walked in the heat madeyou want to walk right back out. Had I not already paid for the pizza I would have. I can?t believe any company let alone amajor chain restaurant puts their employees through this kind of torture. You definitely have dedicated employees to put up withit. Read more
Are you kidding me?????????????. We thoroughly enjoyed both kinds of pizza. The thin one was so crusty and delicious, and the... large one had a wonderful light crest with great toppings. I didn't get the name of the girl who gave me my pizzas, but she wasso kind and had a great smile. Thank you Pizza Hut for a great experience. I'm stuffed. Read more

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We had issue after issue. Shawna, the GM, was an absolute nightmare to deal with.... We?ve never dealt with such callousness, combativeness and unprofessionalism when encountering an issue anywhere. I?m verysurprised she is the General Manager. May she find happiness and peace because she clearly needs it. Read more
