We arrived on Thursday evening at 7:50 and the doors were locked. I knocked on the door and after a few moments caught the... attention of a female employee. She made a "wait a minute gesture" and we stood there waiting. Never did anyone come to thefront door. Out of frustration, I walked around the side of the building to the drive-thru and asked the employee (the same onefrom earlier) if she planned on letting us in. Her curt reply was no, the front register was not working so the front diningwas closed. There was NO sign or anything on the door to indicate this! What I don't understand is that if the front registerwasn't working and the back one (drive thru) was then what was the problem? There were at least 4 people working in the storeat the time. Schlotzsky?s use to be a great sandwich shop, but they?ve definitely have gone down hill. This place is an example of that.... Ordered two medium veggie sandwiches and we basically got just lettuce, tomoatoe, and onions?oh and one olive. Barely anylettuce at that. On one of the sandwiches I paid extra to add roasted bell peppers and pickles?nothing. Make schlotzsky?s greatagain! Read more
