They don't close until 12:30. I showed up at 12. The front door neon sign said OPEN. The drive thru paper sign said closed.... There were 3 employees standing within feet of the window who saw me sitting there bc they were directly facing me. One of whomwas literally standing at the cash register at the drive thru window. No one came to the window to say they were closed. I thentried to call twice to confirm if they're open or closed bc of the conflicting signs. They had me sit there for a few minuteswithout helping until I drove away. Def will go out of my way to not give this location my money anymore. On 12/14/21 I bought donuts at 650 am, when I got to work and pulled them out approximately 30 minutes later the were stale and... hard. It is 12/15/21 and I have yet to hear from the manager Theresa. The walnut store where I purchased the donuts does notanswer the phone. FU shipleys and your poor customer service and horrible food. Website states closes at 12:30. I arrived exactly at 12:02 and they had already locked it up. My last visit was not very good... as donuts were dry. Tasted good to a 6 year old, however, unacceptable. Will not come back Read more
I?m very disappointed with the quality of doughnuts I received today (8/1/2021). I purchased dozen glazed, a cinnamon twist, and... a bavarian cream. The doughnuts looked and tasted like they were already 4 days old. I can deal with little too no glaze on mydoughnuts but 4 day old doughnuts? It?s safe to say I will never eat at this Shipley?s.
