$25 spent for absolutely the worst food in New Braunfels. Chicken was flavorless with zero sauce or seasoning. The rice is the... only passable part. This is basically garbage. The "salad" is poorly chopped iceberg lettuce that looks more like someonehurriedly tore it up by hand and ginger dressing that tasted nothing like any other one I've had in 30 years of eating atJapanese restaurants. Have been calling the restaurant for hours and no one will answer the phone. For anyone local like me orvacationing here, AVOID this place at all cost. Read more
We went with a group of 6 for hibachi on a Saturday evening. We were seated and served quickly. My fiancé and I ordered the... shaggy dog roll and it was good. I ordered steak yakisoba and the noodles were really, really salty. The steak was alright, weordered medium rare and it was cooked that way. One of the owners was our chef and he put on a nice show and our food was donequickly. Our server was inattentive, but seemed to be covering multiple large tables so I can’t fault him for that. Came here on a whim since I could walk to it from the theater after I finished a movie. It seems like this restaurant only stays... afloat because of its location and people in New Braunfels wanting to eat something Asian. Cleanliness: Our table was kind ofsticky. Restaurant looked clean overall. Staff: Seemed depressed and sad the entire time. Our waitress never checked up on usuntil we finished eating even though the restaurant was not busy by any means. Food: It was… just not good at all. Tastedlike something you’d get in a microwave meal but with less flavor. Texture of everything is as though it was frozen. Mygirlfriend didn’t finish half her food and we didn’t even bother with a to go box. Overall it was a waste of money andtime. Water and Asahi beer was the best part. Read more

Long wait to be seated. And longer wait to eat. There were only 2 cooks. So we waited 30 min for him to cook. Server was not... polite. She was just a server. Not very friendly. Our tip was added. So I guess that's why she didn't care. No sanitationprocess seem to be in effect. Read more
THERE WAS A BUG IN MY TOGO SALON ON THE CAP OF MY DRESSING. I know for a fact when you're a togo person you have to put the... sauces inside of the togo container and for them to not notice the BUG in my food i am disgusted. Read more
