I want to congratulate yesterday afternoon staff. The last couple of times we ordered strawberries shakes for the kids, they... tasted like vanilla and they were white with a splash of maybe one tiny small strawberry smashed inside. Service at this location on 46 is really bad. Been there 4 times. 3 times my order was wrong and the last time I finally just... left after I tried to order at the outer drive up lane but was ignored as 2 cars ordered ordered on the inside lane as I waited.So I parked in stall 11 and placed my order, 15 minutes later , as 7 cars drove up to the window and got their orders and left,I pressed the order button again and asked if they had forgotten my order. Was asked who took my order. I repeated my order andsaid the person didn?t give me their name when I ordered. Long silence and was then asked again what order was?. I said forgetit and thanks. Worse sonic I have ever been too! Just placed an order for some drinks! I know what I ordered. Came out with all the drinks... wrong and whoever Alyssa is was the rudest person ever! Worst sonic experience I?ve ever had. I usually love sonic all the other times I?ve eaten it, but how can you mess up tatertots?... They?re basic and simple. Had ordered this meal about 15 minutes before closing and I?m assuming they didn?t care to let themfry long enough because they?re soggy and ended up squished together. Read more

Ordered 15 minutes ahead of time and drove to the sonic. When I got there there were no cars in stalls and two in the drive... through ordering. Pressed the button. Four minutes later pressed the button again and he told me to hold. Finally I gave him myname and waited over 6 more minutes. Finally went inside and my order had been sitting there the whole time. Ask for the managerand she said they don?t show I pulled up to a stall. Wrong because they put the mints in the bag that I asked for at the stall.Don?t worry about telling me to call some dumb number. I have been burned at this sonic too many times.
