So sad about my experience. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and there was so much ice I could barely get my straw in, it... was NOT oat milk (I?m lactose so that sucked,) and there was no flavor even though I asked for an extra pump! This is one of myregular drinks and this one was by far the worst:( We also got a pink drink that was clearly not mixed all the way and saw thatthe lady did not even shake it! There was 1 lonely girl working our local Starbucks located in Target at the Creekside shopping plaza. She was amazing! Every... person she was kind to, and even though she was busy she didn't seem stress and kept her composure extremely well.Took an order,made the order, told the next people in line she would be with them in a minute, and thanked everyone for coming in. Everysingle customer she gave 100%. We didn't get her name but if the girl working on 4-16-22 around 8:30 p.m sees this know that youare fabulous!
