So sad about my experience. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and there was so much ice I could barely get my straw in, it... was NOT oat milk (I?m lactose so that sucked,) and there was no flavor even though I asked for an extra pump! This is one of myregular drinks and this one was by far the worst:( We also got a pink drink that was clearly not mixed all the way and saw thatthe lady did not even shake it! There was 1 lonely girl working our local Starbucks located in Target at the Creekside shopping plaza. She was amazing! Every... person she was kind to, and even though she was busy she didn't seem stress and kept her composure extremely well.Took an order,made the order, told the next people in line she would be with them in a minute, and thanked everyone for coming in. Everysingle customer she gave 100%. We didn't get her name but if the girl working on 4-16-22 around 8:30 p.m sees this know that youare fabulous! I would give them 0 if I could. While they were still open they refused to make anything other then regular hot coffee that had... been brewed very early. The rude worker said they wanted to go home early. I have been to many many Starbucks throughout the USand I have never seen a more rude display of customer service!! Never stop at this Starbucks again and I am local to NewBraunfels. On The Grind here I come. Read more
Experienced horrible service the workers just talk to each other and take forever to make the drinks. The drinks contained... expired products in it such as the strawberry?s, the coffee, and the cold foam. I ordered both a refresher and a coffee; both ofthem disappointed me. Read more
Service and drinks are always great. I only wish lines were not as long all the times I get a chance to visit. I'm sure it's due... to short staffing. However, if you have enough staff then this would keep the sales in line, instead of losing out on the oneswalking away. Read more
Took almost 20 minutes for two drinks, two girls were working and one went to the back to do god knows what? there was a line... forming way after we ordered, and those got their drinks before us. Read more
