I?m leaving this review out of disappointment. If it?s not bad enough how often we hear about Starbucks in the news for their... treatment of employees, they also don?t provide good service for their customers. Today was Red Cup day which caused many tohead to their nearest Starbucks to of course receive a Red Cup. Upon waiting nearly 30minutes you arrive at the window only tobe told they don?t have any. I do not believe this a negligence on the employees end but the franchise not having proper signageto inform the community they no longer had Red Cups. Sincerely a disappointed customer. Read more

Awful experience! I ordered a chai frappe and at the counter was given a chai creme frappe... the barista wasn't even paying... attention to me when I told her that the person who took my order put it in wrong. I was clear when I said chai frappe to herand she gave me a pumpkin spice latte frappe. When I told her it tasted like pumpkin she told me that it wasn't pumpkin. I'veonly been drinking chai frappes for 10 years... but YUP, I'm the one imagining that it now tastes like pumpkin. No offer toremake my drink or anything. Very upset as I don't get out much without kids and then to have been given the wrong order twiceis annoying. Read more

I honestly don't know why I even tried to give this location another shot. Either staff it well enough that it can be run well... or close down. worst Starbucks experience I have ever had all three times I have been there. They don't even deserve the star Iam forced to award them. Avoid at all cost. Read more

I came in at 9:30 on Monday morning. There was no one in line and I went up to the register and waited a few seconds before... saying hi. There were at least 4 employees working and 2 were standing directly in front of me. Not one person even glanced upor smiled so I said hi again and a bit louder. Once again not a single employee acknowledged me. I understand you?re in themiddle of a task but it takes zero effort to look up and smile or mutter a hello back, especially when the customer is the onegreeting a store of employees. No one said anything until I told my kid we?d go somewhere else and started walking out did thegirl say hi. Again there was no line inside and the drive thru line was manageable given the amount of employees behind thecounter. Read more

the employees are always super sweet and professional. and they always get my drink perfect every time and fast! this starbucks... makes the dunkin? donuts near by look like trash Read more

Multiple times my drink is 75% full, I understand the milk foam will go flat with time but this much though? I noticed only a... handful of stores does it right and this location needs improvement regarding the way they make hot drinks and reallystandardized their foaming process Read more
