When this subway opened we had high hopes. This location never has anything In stock, always out of product including bread.... Some days the place is just randomly closed even the drive thru. I never leave reviews but we are over this place. Now 16.00 fora basic footlong sandwich that doesn?t even have ingredients I wanted because they are out of stock. People don?t waist a lunchbreak on this place it?s a joke and they should give this space to schlotzskys, or a new subway owner that knows how to run abusiness, per the employees ?We are not allowed to order what we need because the owner is cheap? I very rarely go into a subway expecting a good experience, I just want my sandwich and to get in and out. Had a sarcastic guy that didn't seem to want to be there, girl at the register was rude and acted as if she didn't as well until... what looked like her girlfriend came in and then she ignored the line waiting . After sitting to eat we all noticed the lettuceon each sandwich was turning brown, we all pulled the nasty lettuce off, made due and left. I decided to go to Subway #70297 off Hwy 46. It's on the way to Seguin. But it's still in New Braunfels. I ordered through the... app and was super specific about what I wanted. One of the sandwiches had something we didnt want on it... So, I get there, thewindow attendant was rude, had attitude, and slammed the window in my face twice because she kept forgetting pieces of my order. The second time was because I asked about the cookies she forgot. She said said she was trying to help someone else and slungmy cookies to me. Then, to top it off, the special sandwich was to be mayo, turkey, and bacon only. Nothing else! They totallymeased that up too! If your company doesn't take phone orders, please read the online order carefully. If you don't havepatience or want to pay attention, or even don't want be at work, don't take it out on the nice customers. Your two employees tonight were excellent. They were fast, attentive, and friendly. The building was clean, the ingredients were... fresh and covered. And I was very happy to see that your employee handling the register removed their glove every time and puton a clean pair when they switched back to food. Freaking AMAZING service! The sand which was so fresh and delicious! The manager Robert was on his game! Everything was clean... and wiped down!
