Says they open at 7, walked up to counter at 7:45 and was told they weren't open yet. Poor service
Google says they close at 9pm. Got here at 8:05 and they were already closing up and not taking anymore customers. Update your... hours so customers don't waste their time/expectations only to be severely disappointed. If they update their hours to reflectreality I'll edit or remove my 1 star. Read more

My family and I traveled from Houston to San Antonio for a weekend. While visiting, we stopped at this Subway location. We spent... almost $30 and received horrible service. Subway has become a rip-off. I owned a SW in San Diego back in the 90's. Food was not processed like it is today and training... "forget about it". You were able, up into about 10years ago any SW and get the same sandwich. I got their new and improved steakSub, one half had half of the meat missing, the other half had no cheese. This is a problem with all SWAYS in the area. Theonly thing consistent is they look and taste terrible. Only way too get change is go to another Sub shop, and let subwayheadquarters know about it. New looking menu but same terrible service and same food. Ordered steak and egg foot long got 1 scoop of steak and 3 eggs didnt... cover bread lol. Toasted eggs where still cold had bacon added was cold . Then it took 3 employees to ring up they told me 15then 17 and 20 for 1 foot long that sign says 7.49 plus bacon .
