Absolutely amazing and worth the trip! You get a four star dinner at a three-star place with five star service! This place was... cool for my first time ever being there and I went on comedy night! We had another daughter double date dinner and I reallyenjoyed everything on the table! Our waitress was amazing the wait staff all is just can't say enough about all of them! Andthey even followed you into the Next Room during the show to check on you to see if you need a drinks or dessert or anythingelse! Worth worth worth worth it! Read more
Staff is very friendly and on top of everything. From the appetizers to the dessert it was all absolutely great. It started with... fried Mozzarella, then Brussels, next came our main course which was Filet Mignonette with truffle Mac, and finally strawberrycheesecake. It was all cooked perfectly and served perfectly. While eating we were able to look out at the ski ranch and watchwater skiers crash which set a joyful mood. Shortly after dinner was time for the show (live theater performance). Theperformance was very entertaining and filled with lots of todays humor about everyday life and the world today. The performancelasted about an hour and had wait staff to get drinks. It was an overall superb experience and highly recommended. Willdefinitely return. Read more
1st time visit and food was delicious. I would have to rate the food as 5 stars, but as far as appearance of outside an some... inside needs to be updated, paint, etc. 4 stars. Overall it was a great experience and enjoyed trying something new. Kaylan wasour waitress if I spelt it correctly. She was very friendly & professional. Meet the owner very briefly in conversation, verynice and professional. We enjoyed the 3 course meals and the entertainment of the water boarders out back. Nice big windows tolook down on the lake. All these other high end steak restaurants do not compare to the steak I had tonight it was Topnotch/superb quality and presentation. How each plate of food was served was Amazing. Like watching the Food network channelcooking competition's an enjoying the atmosphere of each dish. We hope to try out a weekend theater show in near future. Comehungry and have a big wallet $$$. I have held off on this review - so I could remain as objective as possible. I held my nursing school graduation celebration... here. And the indication was there were to be 50 to 100 people but the agreement was that if it was significantly different wewould adjust accordingly. I asked for a dinner type menu. Initially I was fine with the dinner options. Then I was offered amore buffet style spread that would be refilled I stated I wanted more substance as I had told my guests dinner would beserved. This is where it went south. The day of the event only a small table was set up and single serving plates essentiallyand a few bowls of yellowed dry salad was brought out. The 40 guests in total including myself, would go up and inevitablyfood would be empty. Then there was ample time in between where the table was empty of food short of the dry nasty salad. Numerous times I spoke with the wait staff and they did their best to get the kitchen to serve additional items but it neverseemed that we were a priority. Although my guests spent plenty on drinks in addition to what I was already paying. At the endI was forced to pay nearly 2000 dollars (not including what drinks were purchased separately which I am confident wassignificant) for what is seen in the photos. I had to sit and discuss for nearly 2 hours at the end of the evening —. Whythis made no sense. I was told by the owner who was not on site that she had staffed and prepared food for 100 guests. Wellmy contention is HAD that been the case — I would have had guests who all left satisfied with the food served to them, And Iwould have had plenty of food left over. Not to mention the space by FIRE CODES was in no way capable of handling that manypeople. We were pretty cozy with the amount we had On top of this even the water ran out and was empty. My first experience here was last night. My mother took me for my birthday and the experience was nothing short of AMAZING. From... the ambiance, the meal, the views, and THE SHOW! Incredible. I laughed so much and I even cried. Will definitely be back forpart 2 of the show. I'll be sitting in the front seat again! 5 out of 5 definitely recommend!! Read more
Despite some of the negative reviews, we could not find much to criticize about the place (well, the motion controlled light at... the entrance going on and off is a bit annoying when you are seated right next to it). The food and presentation is outstanding.We enjoyed the 8-course meal and every dish was excellent. The wine pairing was good, but not sure if worth the 40.- per person.Also would have preferred white whine to the salmon instead of red, but the choices and taste were great. We will definitelygoing back, end even get the extensive 8 course dinner meal again, but rather order drinks a-la-cart. We also enjoyed the livetheater after dinner, the cast was great, the play well done with lots of fun. A bit disappointing to hear afterwards that theactors only receive tips for their performance, which they well deserve, but I would have assumed they would also be gettingpaid partially from the 15.-/person theater ticket sale. In response to their response: DISASTER Clearly they take things too personally, and they don't get the market they aim to... satisfy. Decreased to 1 star; I don't anticipate they'll stay open for long. Mixed feelings The food is mediocre to say theleast. They used wilted spinach in the salad, what they call the scallop risotto was a rice paddy with 3 scallops on top andthey charged $15 extra for that single fact (!); the flavor was good though, i have to admit. The steak was served with a coolpresentation idea but way under-seasoned, which I despise every time it happens in a restaurant. Drinks too sweet, mediocre.Dessert mediocre. The theater performance was fun at times, but too vulgar for me. They're supposed to be theater majorgraduates but it was still kind of raw, in my opinion. Keep working! Was quite a surprising experience! Found this spot while visiting the area. We dined and stayed for theatre and thoroughly... enjoyed ourselves. The food was exquisite, ambiance and presentation elevated the meal even further. We enjoyed the intimatetheatre setting and if we were locals, we’d definitely become regulars! Read more
