I frequent this Taco Bell on hwy 46, most of the time it?s okay service and okay food. Tonight I was greeted by Dave who took my... order, and handed the food to me. Dave was absolutely the nicest person I?ve ever experienced at a drive thru, he made me laughmultiple times (which I?ve needed due to hearing some bad news today). Used the kiosk to order, really love customizing my food. Order was out quick and accurate. Store and bathrooms were clean,... staff was helpful and kind in our limited interaction. Nothing to complain about. We frequent this location about 6 - 8 times ayear, this is typical for our experience. Clearly we'll managed. Would recommend and will be back. Read more
I just need to preface by saying I absolutely love Taco Bell. However, I stopped by this location to grab a quick breakfast... burrito on my way back to San Antonio. I ordered the potato and egg one with no cheese, and added avocado. I absolutely cannothave dairy. It?s a huge huge problem for me. So I get halfway through eating the burrito, and I see that there is cheese inhere! It?s not like the location was even busy when I went. There was nobody else there, no distractions, and they gave me theburrito with the avocado, but they still put cheese in there. So in a couple of hours I am going to feel like my appendix isburst because my insides are gonna hurt so bad. Like what if I had a full on allergy? They will SPIT in your food. Went through the drive thru and they were missing my chips and cheese. I walk inside and was never... acknowledged, despite it not being busy. Even the manager just walked right past without a care. After several minutes of themglancing at me and doing nothing, I finally just announced my purpose there. They turned their back to me. After a ridiculouswait and another attempt at getting their help, they finally get my cheese, but kind of turned away and had it out of sightbefore closing it. I immediately knew what happened, and sure enough when I open my cheese at home, there?s a clear liquidfloating on top. Read more
