Horrible! Every time I come here my order is missing something . I have tried to give them multiple chances. Tonight ordered... online, when I picked up my order they handed me a bag with only meats, no sides no dessert. Confronted them and said oh it?sbecause we don?t have any of that. Isn?t it important to let the customer know you don?t have any of that!? Missing 4 sides anda dessert! I don?t see how you miss that. Plus this stuff is expensive! It is not cheap. First time trying this BBQ. Menu looked great but unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Ordered two meat plate, brisket... (fatty) and sausage. Brisket was dry and tough, sausage was really a complete let down... very tough casing (not edible).Brisket Beans were mostly liquid and not very flavorful. Brisket nachos were okay but average at best. They were out of cherrycobbler so no desert! Two choices of BBQ sauce, both were good. There is a lot of potential (giving this location a 3 instead ofa 2 because it is so new) for True Texas BBQ and I would really like to see this location improve, but changes are needed! Onecashier... one restroom, so be prepared to wait in line for both. Bill Miller's has been very disappointing lately and I washoping for a new breath of fresh air with this location, but with competitors nearby such as Black's, Rudy's, etc... it will betough! We love True Texas BBQ! This location is is the best one with super cool, two story dining room. They have awesome, helpful &... friendly employees! The fatty brisket is so delicious! I get it every time! The smoked turkey is always tender and moist, thechicken is yummy too. The Dino ribs are rich and tender! Their peach and cherry cobblers are great! The banana pudding is soyummy! The jalapeno cornbread and cream corn are amazing! I haven't tried everything on the menu yet but so far it's all beendelicious! Come early for the best selection cause they sometimes sell out of some items because they are so good!!! Read more

Reasonably priced BBQ Conveniently inside HEB so if you need to go grocery shopping then kill 2 birds 1 stone. Food is good... enjoyable the marbled brisket & surprisingly the smoked Turkey. Great option for those who need to pickup a quick bite aftergrocery shopping. Read more
