Very fast, friendly service. Came here for a quick meal and that's just what I got and it was perfect! Staff was helpful and... friendly and very mindful of our time and the temperature of our food, which I was kind of impressed that she said that. I'll begoing back here again! Thank you Whataburger! After being back in Texas for about a month I finally made it to Whataburger as I wanted to try the Breakfast Burger as it... looked good on Facebook! The main reason I wanted to try it was that is was comparable (in the Facebook photo) to the BreakfastBurger that I loved from Carl?s Jr out in California. I have really missed Whataburger so it was nice to visit and try thisitem! I wasn?t overly impressed with this burger as a breakfast item. I thought the patty was thin at barely ¼? at best and itjust really failed compared to other options that exist on the market. The restaurant itself was in okay condition, but thecondiments area needed to be refilled and there was rubbish on one of the tables (see photo). There was no Pepper in thecondiments container at all and there was barely any honey as well. I did ask for some pepper and an employee brought me someand then promptly refilled the salt and pepper container. Problem solved there. It did take some time to get my meal whichsurprised me as things usually come pretty fast, but I wasn?t aware of the demand coming through the drive-thru so that isreally just an observation with perhaps no merit. Final Thoughts: I still love Whataburger and always well! I will howeverstick to what I love best from there and that is their custom burgers. No place I have ever been can match them on this in sucha quick turnaround time! Read more
Not to crowded at lunch. Got through the line quickly and was seated in a few minutes after entering. Ordered 4 meat patties... with cheese. After I sat down they became very busy. Guess I got in just in time. Took a bit for my food to arrive. But it wascorrect and tasted great. Read more
If I could put ZERO stars, I would!!! The overnight staff is so rude. They give you ketchup and napkins like it gets taken out... of their paychecks. And the supervisor was screaming at the staff like she was a drill sergeant. I also had a reward to redeemand the drive-thru cashier would not take it off of order and it expires tomorrow. Oh, and all 3 orders of fries was roughlyhalf full. I visited approx 2 weeks ago, and plan on doing so within the next month. As I don't reside in New Braunfels, I feel as though i... miss out on their fun...The night shift is the best - they're funny and share their humor with guests - I haven't had any issueswith my #5 combo, it's made as ordered, fries are fresh & hot, and my chocolate shake is always tasty... I've read some of thereviews, someone mentioned that the manager sounded like a drill sargeant. Well, it may appear so, however if you pay attentionto their conversations, it's all part of their humor - this crew does an amazing job on the grill, with customerservice/satisfaction and with their entertainment...keep on keeping on Hwy 46 Whataburger overnight crew, y'all rock!...seey'all soon!
