We ordered The Edge pizza expecting the 16 pieces as advertised(square cut). In addition ordered a 2nd pizza. At pick up we... are informed one of our pizzas burnt during cooking and had to be remaid. So we wait. The nice guy working the window handedus our food and receipt and we pulled away. Come to find out the pizza that didnt burn was cold, is there not a warmer? A coldpizza and then when we get home we dont have The Edge pizza, nope just a regular pepperoni pizza. We would have filled out thesurvey but conveniently the guy at the window ran out of paper in the printer but was able to print a second receipt since weused a cc. So he tore off the bottom of the first receipt knowing he was giving up a wrong order and cold food. I haven't beento this location in quite some time and was reminded again why. Very disappointed. The pizza on the left was the hot one oirfamily ate, the cold one got put in the trash. Thanks for another bad experience. Read more
Just picked up our order. Had to wait additional ten minutes, received the wrong pizza and half the wings we ordered. All in all... was not worth the money or the twelve mile round trip. Read more
We went to New Bremen Pizza Hut tonight and we had a great experience. We had beautiful young waitress (I totally forgot to look... at her name on our receipt). when she came over to our table to check how we were doing I commented to her that she was doinga great job (she was the only one waitressing the whole dining area) and she was very thankful that we complimented her. shesaid this was only her 4th day on the job. This was our second attempt at this once better than average Pizza Hut. We use to eat here a lot years ago because of the... closeness, quality of employees, food, and service. However within the last 3 years this place has turned into a hole. The lasttime we went we ended up getting multiple free items because they kept messing up our orders and bringing us the wrong items,and there was only one other couple in there. Fast forward to today and we thought we would give it another try, no. We getinside and there are two different parties of about 8-10 each and then another table of 4. We sat down after 4-5 minutes we gotmenus. After another 5-10 minutes we noticed that the one party didn?t have drinks yet, the group of 4 didn?t have drinks, andwe didn?t order our drinks yet either. He just dropped our menus and left. At this point we decided to leave. All of the othergroups had obviously been there a while and yet no one had any food, not even appetizers. Needless to say we won?t be back. My family and I walked in tonight at 6pm to dine in. The place was not busy, only 17 people total including us. Our order was... not taken until 620. At 640 I had to get up and get our drinks myself. Pizza and breadsticks didn't get served until7pm. Service, hospitality and management were terrible. We will not return. Read more
Pizza was good, cheesey bread sticks were over cooked. Ordered online with a 20-25 min wait time to be picked up around 5. ... Once I got there slightly after 5 I waited in line for pickup for 15min then an additional 20 in a parking spot. They said theywould bring it out but I had to go in and ask for it. I don?t like leaving bad reviews but... Myself and 4 kids had dinner Saturday the 14th. It all started ok. We received our... drinks in normal time. Ordered pizza a breadsticks. 27 minutes went buy before we saw the waitress again...please keep in mindthere were only 3 other tables in whole restarting and they didn?t see her either. No refills in that time. so at this point wewere there 42 minutes. After this it was another 1 hour and 4 minutes before our pizza came out and until we saw the waitressagain, also no refills again. The pizza was just over room temp. Cheese was not melted anymore and it tasted like it sat for awhile. I?m pretty forgiving and have a good understanding of how things can get backed up. With that being said, there was neveran explanation or we were led to believe this wasn?t a normal issue. Two of the three tables boxes there food as soon as itcame. Apparently this is a common occurrence here. I don?t think we will be returning unless they make some good changes. I hopeyou take this and try to improve your customer experience.
