Very slow service. The medium rare ribeye was well done and they cooked a new one. The second one mooed but I prefer a steak... blue to brown throughout. The appetizer came with the meal. The interior is really cool, but the food is nothing special. We didn't order drinks right away and from that point on (until we... ordered beer) our service really suffered. Our wait-staff really colored our picture for this establishment, which isunfortunate because it seems very popular. Honestly, we almost left due to being left at our table for over a half hour withoutbeing asked our order (this was after we asked for waters over alcohol). I wish it were hyperbole. Read more
We were celebrating Alisha?s birthday and it?s a very nice place. Pull tabs, plenty televisions for the sports fan in me ????... darts and pool for entertainment. Trista did an excellent job of keeping us together never missing a beat; even when my niecesasked to have their chicken refried! I gave four stars because we ordered the chicken sliders and the bread was soggy (photos) Iended up bringing the chicken home and putting it in a salad! I remember jacks having the best service. The best drinks. The best crowds. Now? I feel invisible. I was at the table for at... least 15 mins and waitress walked by me at least five or six times without acknowledging us. It?s unacceptable. And we have todo better. Food still bomb. Read more
We ate outside and although we were near the speakers, the music was not overwhelming - a very pleasant surprise. I had the... tenderloin bowl and my husband had the Reuben, which they were happy to put on a non-rye bread for him. Our waitress was veryknowledgeable and pleasant. We don't usually drink at noon, but my husband had an Utepils and I had a hazy cider, both ontap. It was a marvelous way to unwind after a rather stressful morning. Definitely a keeper! Read more

Where should I start? There were no menu's available to look at ! Very frustrating for my elder mother who cannot use her phone... to look up a menu that is in tiny type! Ordered 2 pot pies, both under-done. 1 pound of wings were just passable. Soup was ok.Burgers really finished last, they were dried out and tasted frozen, NOT fresh.
