Natasha (working Tuesday, December 14th, at 11:00am), provided incredible customer service when I experienced an issue with my... car wash subscription. She took the time to come outside and assist me with my issue, and provided me with a complimentary carwash code. She also told me to call the 1-800 number directly to resolve my issue directly after my wash. Natasha was incrediblykind and courteous. Thank you so much, Natasha! The Men?s bathroom sink did not work. No other option in the bathroom to clean your hands. I walk out of the bathroom and tried... to use hand sanitizer that was attached to the wall, and that did not work either. I then walked up to the register to pay forthe drinks that I bought and the employee was on her phone texting the whole time. Way to hire some winners Holiday. Read more
