I had placed an order online at 10:37pm. I was already there and when I went thru the Drive thru the person on the mic said that... they were closed already. It states that the restaurant is open until 11pm. If the restaurant is closed earlier that 11pm itjust state that and it shouldn't allow you to be able to place an order online. Waited in the drive thru like with three other cars at 9:52 PM on 11/26, 8 minutes before closing. They were served and the mic... went quiet for me. I waited there, no response, for 7 minutes, then finally pulled up to ask at 10. They said sorry, managertold us to close down the drive thru line. I said 8 minutes before closing? They said yes. Even if they were closing early, theycould have responded to me to let me know. Horrible service. Read more
