On my way tonwork today I stopped in the drive through to get breakfast for my crew, I ordered 5 McGridles. As I was leaving I... checked and saw one was a Sasusage McMuffin, then checked the rest and saw all 5 were. I turned around and went inside to get itcorrected. I didn't ask for my receipt, so I did not see they were rang in as Sausage McMuffins. Kelsey informed me they wererang in that way. It was my mistake that I didn't catch the miscommunication in the drive through. Kelsey still offered to makethe 5 McGridles at no cost to me. She was extremely polite and friendly. Today was not a good day using this McDonald's for breakfast drive thru. When I got home my order was incomplete. I guess I need... to order fewer food items or just check my order while I am still in the drive thru lane before heading home and hold up theline. As I do not drive all the way back. I think the team today needs to verify the order is correct before handed the food tothe customer. Also, give the customer their receipt or at least ask if they want one. Not a happy customer today. Worst McDonald?s in MN! I sat in the drive through line for 20 mins tonight and still left before ordering. This was much longer... than normal, but it is always slow and my order is almost always wrong. Please close this location or at least get a new GM appn there that knows what they are doing so something else can move in. A few years ago, during a snowy winter my Prius bogged down in their drive through when I was attempting to get dinner after a... long day at work. I learned from employees that they consider their drive through to be enter at your own risk. They take noresponsibility for keeping it clear, and will give you no help nor aid if you get stuck. I wanted to use other language but I don't want this to be Removed because of language!! 3rd strike for this location! You can't... even put a patty on the darn bun!
