I recently stopped by after 2 years and I saw the same branch Manager filling in while being short staffed and connecting to... make sure customers felt welcomed. She obviously cares about customer experience and works hard to fill in where it is needed.The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what the doctor ordered. Will be giving more of my business to Perkins. I gave a 2 as our waitress was amazing . My meal was served almost after the rest of my party was served and it was awful..I... returned after eating a few bites. The poor waitress was so understanding and removed it from the bill. The kitchen was shortstaffed ( no one's fault) . I will never eat at a Perkins again . Read more
The hostess put us between the two kitchen doors, literally the worst seats in the house, this despite a mostly empty dinning... area. Waitress was nice and friendly. My food was delivered cold (couldn't melt softened butter) and my eggs were improperlyprepared. I returned my food, preceding to watch my wife eat while my stomach growled. The replacement breakfast was alsocold. The eggs still improperly cooked, and the hash browns despite still being cold, where also overcooked andunpalatable. Worst Perkins experience I've ever had. Service was ok. We were seated promptly but everything else was on the slower side despite there being only 2 other tables at... the time. (130pm) one order was incorrect and sent back only to have it come incorrect again. 3rd try appeared to just havethe correction added in to make us happy. Read more
I never in my life experience food being so disgusting when I got my food it was extremely cold the creamers for my coffee was... expired my sister finally received her plate of food and her noodles for her chicken Alfredo was molded out she did not noticeit had mold on the noodles until she ate a couple of bites!!! The worst thing I?ve experienced in my life!!! There was a blackmanager there that did not handle the situation well at all!! he was more concerned about us making noise then to notice thatthere was mold on the food and for us not to disturb the other customers then to take his job series I do not recommend eatinghere if you do please check your food you might be eating expired stuff Read more

I do not think I have felt more uncomfortable, and more angry at restaurant in my whole life. I visited this location Friday... December 2, 2022. It was evening, right around the 8:00pm window. Me and my roommate decided to stop by Perkins for something toeat. We walked in and were greeted by the very warm and pleasant Diane. She was very very professional and polite. Excellentcustomer service, and she would be an incredible asset to any company and any team. As for the server, I have much to bedesired. When our first server approached us, she approached with an attitude. Was not at all kind, was very rude, and hadabsolutely zero manners. We were ready to leave at this point just from her attitude problem. We remained calm and patient. Sheasked if we were ready to place a food order, and we said we needed a minute. She literally walked away. And then came backlater on to take our food order. When she came back, she took my roommates order. I?m very indecisive and decided to wing it. Ihad my menu propped so that the server could see what I was referring to, and I was pointing to the menu. She stops me right inthe middle of my sentence and says ?are you flipping me off? I?m done with this. I?ll go get you another server.? She proceededto storm off and tell Diane at the front of what had happened and referred to the clothing we had been wearing to properlyidentify us to Diane as if we were criminals just trying to order some comfort food. Diane proceeded over to our table, andmoved us to another table in a very polite and respectful manner. We were very very embarrassed because of how the waitress hadjust treated us, so it was very appreciated that Diane did not treat us with the same amount of disrespect as her coworker. Ido want to mention that Diane made me aware that the employee did have a tougher group prior to us, but that does not excuse herbehavior, or make it ok that she treated me with the disrespect she did.
