I had the most positive experience with Isabelle for the second time. In fact, she is part of why I go to this Subway. I am a... social worker in Minneapolis, but I live 90 minutes from where I work. I have stopped at several different subways on my route-home but have chosen the Subway on Silver Lake road because of the kindness and professionalism of the staff. They are all greatbut Isabelle goes above and beyond. She is very articulate and polite. Keep up the fantastic work and thank you for hiring suchamazing employees. Read more

the guy making my sandwich my sandwich was on the phone with someone the whole time. It clearly wasn't an emergency, because he... was just goofing off the whole time, and he acted as if making my sandwich for me was not the priority. He also cut my sandwichin a weird shape, had to be told which bread I wanted about four times, and then give me the wrong kind of condiments. I'm notexpecting much, but at least acting like doing your job is the main priority is the least that I think we should be able toexpect. Read more

It's Subway. It is what it is. I'm not expecting much. My expectations were already low but oh man did this go below that. First... they run out of bread and don't tell anyone waiting in line that they've ran out of bread so we all sit in line waiting to orderfor nothing. 2nd, the employees seem to not really care about the customers. More interested in chatting with each other. I'venever experienced customer service this poor in my life. If you want Subway avoid this location at all coats. Read more

Employees complained the whole time and took 20 mins to make 2 veggie sandwiches. Ordered another time online and it was not... correct and I got mayo which I did not ask for and was impossible to take off. Read more

This is my second time with online ordering for this location where the food was ready more than 15 minutes after the scheduled... time. Neither occasion had a very busy store. This store appears chronically understaffed. This store is not worth your timefor on time food. Read more

Used to be decent a year ago. Went in yesterday (Friday) evening at 6pm to get a sandwich. 5 people ahead of me in line, and... just two frazzled kids working on a bunch of online orders. They had only basic white bread left, the veggies were wilted, andit was 6:30pm by the time I walked out with my single order. I won't even comment on food handling hygiene, just that I made onekid change his gloves because I didn't want him hitching up his pants, and immediately reach for the bread, with his glovedhands! Was a regular customer for more than 12 years, will go elsewhere from now on! Read more
