I?m still here. Figured I?d take the time it takes to simply order to complain about how they function in New Brighton PA. THE... WORKERS TAKE AN ORDER, COOK IT THEN TAKES ANOTHER ORDER IT MAKES THE WAIT 10x LONGER. IVE BEEN SITTING IN LINE for 25 minutesand there was only 4 cars ahead of me. The staff is extremely rude and for how expensive Arbys is you?d think they?d want yourexperience to be more enjoyable. Ps to New Brighton PA staff, if you don?t like your jobs, get new ones. Past three times I've visited I sat at the speaker box in silence for 5+ minutes with nobody in line. I drove off the previous... two times. This afternoon though, I legitimately had to say "Hello?", only to be greeted with laughter from a young womanfollowed by "Go ahead with your order." It seems to me like they wait quietly to avoid taking orders, or they're too busytalking and goofing off behind the counter to pay any attention to customers. Do yourself a favor and stick to the one by the mall. This one can never get anything right. I?ve had issues every single time... I?ve come here. Last time I was served cold food, with cold French dip. And ordered an orange cream shake but for some reasongot jamocha mixed in with it and it was so gross. This time, I didn?t even get my French dip with my order, and all of the roastbeef smelled bad so I wasted $40. The one in Monaca always gets it right so I?m just sticking with them from now on. Food was really good, no problems. The inside was fairly dirty. There was soda spilled on floor and around the fountain machine... and the garbage was over the top of the can. There were wrappers from straws and used napkins on the counter by the condimentrack, and the ketchup dispenser was pretty dirty. Read more
Worst Arby?s I?ve ever been too?Terrible service when they greet you?You wait forever until someone comes on to take ur order... when there?s no cars in line?.food is always cold and the four piece I order was more like a two piece with some crumbs and myside salad was brown?.I usually pack my own lunch for work, but when I have to go somewhere for lunch that?s close by this isthe only place and every time I go Im disappointed. Worst service I've ever had! Went there to redeem an email coupon I received for my birthday. First they refused to honor it... then after speaking with the manager she said she would give it to me free of charge due to the confusion, which I appreciatebut yet still messed up my order as well as messed up my daughters order she purchased separately. I will never return to thisNew Brighton location. Get your act together Arby's or at least hire people who are competent and can do their job correctly! Read more
Went through the drive-thru. I ordered classic roast beef and medium coke. Two different guys asked me about sauces and seemed... really disappointed that I didn't want any. Didn't check until I got home, my bad. I had a roast beef with Swiss cheese, lettuceand tomato on a burned bun. It obviously was someone else's order. The coke tasted funny, I think it was diet. It was a reallystrange experience and I have been pretty pleased with stopping here several times in the past few months. Read more
