I was SHOCKED to learn that this isn't a "mom & pop" pizza shop. It's SO GOOD - and I'm not even a pizza person. The Old World... Pepperoni is a must-have topping. Everything is perfectly baked, with generous toppings and it's not dripping with grease likesome other places' pizzas. I used to go here for years. Tonight will be the last time I EVER order from them. 2 hours later I still haven't gotten my pizza... and when I call to figure out the issue they simply say new driver went two towns in the wrong direction sorry. No free pizza orbread sticks. No discount. Just sorry new guy messed up. With so many other pizza options and this sort of customer service Iexpect Marcos to join Family Video and go out of business. Marco's "Pepperoni Magnifico" pizza is my favorite pepperoni pizza in the area, and I drive from almost an hour away... (Pittsburgh) just to come here when I can. The mix of pepperoni types, the crispy edges of the pepperoni, the garlic butterparmesan crust, the cheese blend, the sauce... everything works together to make a really solid and enjoyable pizza. It'sexactly what a pepperoni pizza should be! On top of that the prices are very good for the area, there's always a $10 deal for alarge pepperoni magnifico via their website. I've spent two or three times that on a pizza at dozens of other local pizza shopsaround Pittsburgh over the years and haven't found anything I enjoy more than Marco's. I'll keep coming back here as often as Ican make the drive and recommend that if you want a great pepperoni pizza to make the trip yourself. Read more

My fiancé and I have always had a phenomenal experience at Marco?s Pizza. It?s one of our standard places for date night. We... get an odd pizza: pineapple and feta cheese. After getting that combo at other places, we can confidently say Marco?s does itbest. It?s a shame that family video is closed, since we used to get a pizza while we browsed for a movie, but it?s still worthstopping here, since it?s easily a step above other pizza joints in Beaver County. Usually this place is good but after this experience tonight, we won?t be going back. I waited 35 minutes past my estimated... pickup time. I get it they are busy no big deal. After the almost hour since ordering, I finally get my food. I take it back tomy house where my wife looks at the food. My hoagie is wrong and missing toppings. Ok mistakes happen but my wife and I take itback down. They apologize and say they will make a new one. My wife notices that they are just adding the extra toppings ontothe one we just brought in? You think that that is acceptable to a paying customer? After they got caught taking the easy way,they made a brand new one. My wife was watching and the one employee was touching food without gloves and went right to grabbinga broom and sweeping the floor right back to food with her bare hands. She never even washed her hands or put gloves on. My wifeasked to speak to the manager and explained the situation and asked for a refund. The employee heard my wife and said well Iwasn?t touching your food. So it?s ok for you to touch other peoples food after touching a broom without gloves on? That isdisgusting and you can?t even get the basics like customer service and washing your hands right? I won?t be eating here againand would rather make pizza rolls. We used to order here a lot. Not so much anymore. They are our last resort. The quality has gone down and the delivery times are... horrible. And the people working there are just very rude and don?t seem to care. This last time we ordered I waited an hour anda half before calling. They told me my order wasn?t put in until an hour after I had called and originally ordered it. When Icalled to see what was going on I was told ?our system must be screwed up then? and basically told there was nothing they can doabout it. Not sure we will order again from them. Read more

Marcos is not a bad pizza place. I think it is above average for the Beaver County area. Definitely better than domino's, D&G,... pizza hut, and vics oven. There are a few other pizza places I find better than this in the area. But I think this is somegood pizza and they are always quick to serve you when you walk in. I haven't had anything else here but there pizza. I maytry something else next time. But there specialty pepperoni pizza is really good, but shouldn't really be considered aspecialty as they just have blended cheese and Parmesan cheese added to it. Read more
