My experiences at Chilli?s are always great, but the visit I had today was exceptional. Scooba waited on my friend and I? the... entire night and was friendly, sociable, and extremely attentive. We ended up staying way longer than we initially intended toand his service remained great throughout the entire visit and even said we could stay longer if we wanted to. Awful. We were brought to a small table in a very crowded section. We asked if we could have a table in the next aisle where... only one or two tables were occupied. They said it was closed so we took the last open table in the aisle. Afterwards, theyseated people in the next aisle. The booths were very uncomfortable. Seemed sunken in. It was disgustingly dirty. There was araised countertop that ran along the side of the booths at about face level. It was dirt filled, right next to people's faces. Iwiped it off with a napkin and took a picture of the dirt on the napkin. The waiter was very unprofessional in manner. The souptook outrageously long to come. Then, very soon after the soup came out, before we finished it, the main course was brought out,while we were still eating the soup! Meanwhile, nobody took the garbage from the table. Then when we finished the soup, nobodytook the soup bowls off the table. So the garbage, which included the dirt filled napkin as well as the soup bowls and spoonswere still on the table. Then, although her dinner was hot, mine was cold! I had to have it sent back. They replaced the dinner.While we were eating the main course, two times a group of the staff came walking by us screaming and clapping their handsreally loud in everyone's ear. I had to cover my ears. (Apparently someone at the end of the restaurant had a birthday). When wegot the bill, nobody came to get the cash. After a long wait, we put the cash on the table and left. Waited 5 minutes and was not greeted once at the front door. A bunch of staff were just huddled around the Take Out counter in... the back. At least 4 different people, including the manager, made eye contact and no one came over to say hi or to even say"it'll just be a few minutes" I asked my 8 year old if she wanted to wait anymore and she said no, let's go. It's one thing ifsomeone would have acknowledged us but no one did so we didn't acknowledge their business. Plenty of other better restaurantsin the area and we weren't disappointed by our next choice where we were immediately acknowledged. Read more

I really don?t even want to write this review as I would NEVER eat here but my sister goes and she brought me back a salad after... having an awful experience in the restaurant. My 10 year old nephews chicken was beyond burnt and I have a severe dairy allergyand they told my sister the salad they made me was dairy free but it was literally a CHEESE salad with some bad cuts of lettucethrown in. I also found an eyelash in it. I know times are hard but MCDonalds makes better food. There is no surprise thereviews are zero stars after zero stars (which I know people would rather post than 1star). My wife and I order our fav 2 for 25 Texas cheese fries were banging. But the Cajun chicken pasta was not at par chicken tasted... like it had freezer burn. The waiter was the truth tho. Food was good but almost every time I order from Doordash I never receive the amount of ranch requested and there's times it's... been completely forgotten.
