I ordered the food in this place for the first time and I didn’t get my food because I was couple of minutes late to pick up... the food and they were in hurry to close before 11pm. After I called to place an order they called me 5 time to ask me whereI’m and how long with take in 15 min. My go-to for Chinese food. Always fresh & piping hot. The absolute best boneless spare ribs of any Chinese restaurant in the... state. Very meaty. Not too much fat. And fantastic smoke flavor. Orders are always correct and ready in a timely fashion. Happyfamily dish is a great variety of beef, chicken, pork & shrimp. Along with several different veggies. First of all, if I order delivery and pay for it, it’s for a reason. I have a special needs adult and cannot step out at... times. I placed an order for chicken teriyaki. Not asking for much. I called because the chicken was burnt and the rice wasuncooked. No flavor whatsoever. I call back and the guy I talk to says, if you want a new order you have to pick it up. I tellhim my situation. After debating back and forth with him, to bring me another order. He says: I hope you tipped the driver good,because now I have to send him back. Tipped him $5 btw What kinda customer service is this!! I called back and told him I didnot want the order. That I was not gonna ever order from here again. If you show no compassion from my situation, then you donot deserve my money or time. Read more
General tso platter was dry and rice had no flavor. It looked nothing like the pictures. Not worth it for the price

Prior to Covid this place was FIVE ????for sure! I stopped going to Great Taste because in comparison to this place, they have... No Taste! However, after Covid they raised prices (which I didn’t mind paying a little extra) and have certainly reduced theamount of meats used in their House Fried Rice (my fav) So! I stopped ordering the house fried rice, and started ordering thepork fried rice (more affordable and yummy) but in my last four orders there has been barely any PORK in my rice ???? Inicknamed it pork fried rice “ flavored rice“ It’s like they take the little tiny cubes in regular pork fried rice andtear it apart with a fork just for the sake of flavor.
