Got my order wrong twice, between all the back-and-forth finally got the correct order and got to enjoy some decent food
went in to make an order. cashier did not seem happy or enthusiastic it seemed like i was bothering him. was rubbing his eyes... and looking around the whole room while talking. after placing my order im told itll be about 15 mins and he just places someticket on the counter. i had to ask another worker what is the ticket then i sit in the chair infront of the counter and wait.about 30 mins later i hear nothing and show the ticket to the knew cashier who looks at it for a second then there counter offood and they grab it and then hands it to me. The pizza is excellent, 5 stars , ordering it by phone is a side show, 1 star .It's not a person who takes the order, so I... wanted an order of garlic sticks with my pizza and the automated system wanted to put garlic on my pizza and not order thegarlic sticks lol What a joke. Read more
I worked here and I had a big problem with the manager his name is Muhammad he's not even the manager just a stand in and he was... the worst i worked there for 3 months and then he stopped putting me on the schedule I started with 40 hours and every week Iwould get less hours and then when I asked him if I'm going to be on the schedule he said that there's too many people workingand just stopped texting and calling me and was just ignoring me also when you do order they don't care they cut the pizza sobad Read more
They don?t even deserve one star. Terrible terrible terrible terrible service, they never bring anything that you order. One guy... that answers the phone has no idea what I am trying to order he barely speaks English and then he hangs up on me. You talk tothe manager and you tell them what is going on the manager themselves don?t even take care of the problem. This place has got tobe the worst place I have ever ordered from. Food is good every other time your order. You give them 100% of your money you?ll get 80% of your food. I order a buffalo... chicken I get no hot sauce and every other bit you will have chicken some of the slices of pizza had one piece of chicken on itso if you don?t bite the whole thing in one bit you just bought a expensive cheese pizza. We love dominos pizza but tonight?s pizza was truly the worst we?ve ever eaten. We called and asked about it and the employee... said ?sorry, that sucks.? He went on to tell us it wasn?t their fault and these things happen. I was very disappointed with thequality of the food and customer service. Read more
