I ve been coming here for years, the crew were helpful and respectful. However, recently by September 2022; one of the crew;... couldnt recognize his identity was so road; and should not take this position; as a customer service who shoukd conduct the bestbehavior. I ordered a coffee; and gave him my order; he said anything else; i repeated the same; because, it has been many timesi made the order with two sugars and they made regular; today this employee was disrespectful and began making fun of my orderwith his peers laughing; before i left, i told him today you will read new review!!! Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte tasted like someone put the latte in the fridge a week ago and all the ice cubes melted then added... fresh ice cubes and said here you go enjoy your latte. Had to throw the entire thing in the garage. Read more

Very nice dunkin. The staff is pleasant. I ordered ahead of time via mobile order. My food was cold because i got there late,... and the staff made the food again so it was pipin' hot! Staff is very accomodable. Very happy. Also conveniently placed INSIDEthe gas station. Read more

This is my problem with Dunkin, no matter where you go they never will get your coffee right. Every drink that you receive has a... specific measurement, however they will always do whatever they want with your drink. Of course being ?on the run? no one hastime to turn around to ask for it to be made again. I ordered a medium hazelnut swirl latte with almond milk and received a cupfull of sugar. This is why I prefer Starbucks because my coffee will taste the same every time no matter the location. Who onearth wants 4 pumps of swirl in a medium cup? Read more
