Tenders half the size in the pictures. App is garbage doesn't work. Says my local KFC doesn't support pickup orders but you go... there and they have a whole shelving unit for mobile orders. Went here because it was late and I was hungry. First they got my order wrong. When I got the window and corrected it, they... changed my order but then over charged me. When I brought that up first they told me what the corrected order was moreexpensive and they didn't charge me the extra. This was not true, my corrected order was much cheaper. Then when I challengedthem on that, they said well they had already cleared the order from the computer screen. This was the drive thru so it wasalready a mess. Then when I got to my hotel, I opened my wings and there was literally a 1/2" of oil in the bottom of thecontainer. Disgusting. I complained to KFC and was told that a member of the responsible franchise would contact me. That wasa month ago. No response. I will NEVER go again. Wish I could give them NO STARS. Food was fresh. I bought 2 family meals and asked to switch the buns for another side, (my family never eat the buns), the... person refused. She did not even check with her manager. I spent a lot of money, I did not create a fuss because I'm dealingwith food. I think it impacted how I felt as a customer. Read more
