Ordered two McFlurry and two sodas. Why was there like 25% product missing out of all four cups? Somebody doesn?t know how to... fill up cups or they being real cheap at this place! And then they don?t even give straws. But hey employees weren?t rude. Read more
The kiosks do let me know to make my order. The food was terrible, from my big breakfast they put a small portion of eggs, ... maybe half order, the biscuit was uncooked. And the sausage was cool. Read more
I travel all the way to the Berlin McDonald's even though there's one closer because the one on East Main sucks every single... time every time so the brother McDonald's is the one I like if there's a problem they correct it they're always courteous andthere's always a turkey to meet you at the drive-thru I love this place Read more

earlier around 11:30 pm, I used a McDonald?s meal for 20 pc nuggets for two free fries. Had no issues about my order until I get... my food and see I have my fries but no nuggets. I ask the lady my spicy nuggets are missing, she said ? we don?t have them todayso you didn?t get charged for them?. I didn?t get charged for nuggets but I got charged for the fries that were supposed to comewith the deal lol, they never asked if I take a regular 20 pc nuggets then spicy. Was good but the cashier was throwing balled up papers at the guys cooking in the back and it could have gone in our food being... made to order. The fries were perfect and fresh which is a nice change. The manager seemed nice enough and had no prob throwingin an extra sauce packet so we didn't have to get back in line again. At 11pm at night I wouldn't expect the service that I received. The drive thru line was a 20 minute wait because it was so... busy. The inside is closed due to remodeling. The employees were absolutely amazing, nice, friendly you name it they were thebest!!! The burger and fries were perfect. The employees working last night May 16th deserve serious recognition for theirservice. The next time I'm craving a burger late at night after work I know where I'll be going!! ???? Read more
With the amount of traffic they definitely need a double drive thru. When they was upgrading I was excited thinking they was ... going to finally do a bigger drive thru but they didn't. What a waste. I would do more but sure to long long long wait time indrive thru I drive by. Read more
