Horrible if I can give 0 stars I would. I ordered through DoorDash the breakfast chicharrón bowl was supposed to have scrambled... eggs, I got fried eggs, was supposed to get salsa, onions, peppers, cheese, mayo ketchup and as you can see it?s bone dry. Noneof those items I got. The chicharrón is 100% old. The alcapuria dough was RAW. I can?t believe this place thought this wasacceptable for delivery. First time I ordered, through Uber eats. They forgot my beans, the canoa plantain was hard and uncooked, the yellow rice was so... orange with sazon I could not eat it. Their potato bites was definitely a bite like a munchkin. We called to tell them theyforgot my beans and they made us call Uber eats to see what they could do, knowing they where the ones that made the mistake.Would not fix it and I believe they did not apologize. No drinks either with the kids meals ???? kids chicken had onion &peppers that we did not ask for. Very disappointed we ordered chicken empanadas and the inside was raw. Read more
The food here was so good. The taste, the flavor, etc. especially the penil. You can't go wrong with the arroz con gondules with... penil & maduros.???????? First time customer! So impressed! Wonderful expressive service, outstanding food, happy customers, rich authentic flavors. Only... no A/C or fans. Uncomfortable on a humid evening. Other than that - a lovely place to stop for a quick snack or meal. Read more
Worst of the worst. Ordered them for a 2 yr old birthday party catering. Contract done etc. Due to arrive at 11:30am. They... turned off their phones and never showed. Awesome. Thanks for ruining the party. Don?t give these people business. Processing refund through CC, but my gosh, you just don?t show up for a catering event and turn off your phone? I never leaveonline reviews because I figure if something is bad it may be a fluke and I hate to damage a family business. You guys areawful! What a terrible thing to do. DO NOT CATER WITH THESE PEoPLE. In over a decade I don?t think I?ve ever left a negativereview online?.. but this deserved it. I've tried to give this place a chance 3 times now and each time they disappoint me even more. When they first started out, I... loved the empanadas because they were fresh and tasted amazing. Idk if they changed the cook but the last three times I'veordered, the food has been cold and the flavor is not the same. I placed an order with ubereats and I kindly put in the notes ifthey could make the empanadas fresh. I ended up waiting so long that the first delivery person left and someone else had to gopick up the order. I wasn't mad because I thought that they were being made fresh, but to my disappointment when I got them theylooked refried and were cold. The drive to my house is only like 4 mins so if they had been fresh, but the time they got to methey would've still been warm but they were just cold. Also they add so much green pepper , that I think there was more greenpepper than chicken in my empanada( I included a picture of all the pepper I managed to pick out of only one, there was still abunch of green pepper left). This place is a disgrace to Puerto rican food, honestly please find somewhere else to get PR foodor if you want empanadas, go buy yourself a box from price right and fry them yourselves. They'll taste a hundred timesbetter. The food was good. Your staff is amazing. They work together and we're quite welcoming and courteous. I'm sorry I didn't catch... anyone's name. It was an excellent customer service experience. The layout was a bit awkward as there were booth benches withno table. The food was very good. Read more
