Used to be best wings and pizza around now I couldn't even tell you can't get an order in they tell me im not in delivery area... or they don't have a driver even after they once didn't deliver or reimburse me for that order idk what's going on but hopefullyall the issues get resolved. Read more

Placed an order for delivery, was told 30 to 45 min. Waited over 1 1/2 hours tried calling multiple times no answer. When food... was finally delivered it was cold.. Worst service and food ever. Would never order from again!!!! If I could give no stars Iwould!! Read more
Used to order from here pretty regularly but in the past 6 months or so has gone extremely downhill. We ordered tonight and as I... was ordering online I was thinking it was a bad idea. Received our order and the sandwich once again was missing cheese (othertimes it has been missing bacon or other items). The jalapeño poppers came with some kind of weird orange sauce instead of sourcream. By mistake I ordered a half instead of a whole, so before I checked my email, I called the restaurant. The womananswering the phone was extremely curt and rude. I understand this was my mistake, however I was not rude and have been in therestaurant industry for 15 years. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I attempted to place an order here for the first time, and was placed on a brief hold. I responded as... politely and respectfully as possible throughout the entire process. When it was time to order, I asked for the grinder sizesand price differences. I then proceeded to ask for the condiments I would like. (Lettuce, tomatoes, black olives...) I wasrudely interrupted at that point before I can finish and in direct quotes heard ?Hold on, hold, hold on...? Then speaking to hiscoworker he proceeded to say ?I don?t even want to take this this guys order, I don?t even want to. I?m not doing it? thencontinued to complain about me while still on the phone. He then passed the phone over to the coworker to take my order. Acomplete waste of time after I already told him what I would like to order. I have never been faced with this much disrespectordering at any place in my life. Even if this place is good they do not deserve a dime treating their customers like this...Absolute horrible, downright disrespectful business. Does not cater to new coming customers!!! The crazy part is, if they weregood I would have continued to order from them! Tonight my family and I ordered from your New Britain location. I have to say that you now have a customer for LIFE!!! When I... called this evening (4/8/20) the woman who took my order was very informative and listened to every detail I said. She thensuggested things I may have forgotten about like a drink or side sauce. She told me it would be a half hour until my mealarrived which I thought that was short but I took her word for it. Our food was here in 29 minutes. When the delivery manshowed up he was very friendly and polite. AMAZING!!! Just so different from past experiences with other businesses we'veordered from. So I got the food upstairs and my family was very impressed! To say GREAT FOOD, to rate 5 stars is anunderstatement! Thank you People's Choice for staying op n and serving our community through the Health Crisis. We appreciateyou and pray for you and your family ????. Thank you from our family to yours!!! Way over priced. Grinders have less than 1/2 the meat as other places. I've been ordering from here for many years because the... pizza tasts great but again way over priced. I will NEVER order from here again after my wife ordered a grinder with extra meatand accidently said double meat. They charged for 2 grinders for double meat. $27 for one grinder. If you're going to charge for2, then double the cheese, bread, lettuce and tomato etc. When I called about this all I got was attitude from a manager thatsounds like he's a teenager. Tried them again after a year. Burnt pizza!!! Maybe next year. From all of the 1 star reviews I seeyou are not the peoples choice. Read more
