Waited more than an hour and a half for just wings, pizza, and fries. Not the first time. Definitely the last time for us.
HI PLS READ VERY IMPORTANT!! i ordered peppinos last night for the first time since I moved from Manchester (Frank Pepe’s was... my SPOT) anyways I wanted top quality pizza in my area so I called and ordered delivery.. I accidentally ignored all the phonecalls from my delivery driver. he then locked himself out of his car (with said pizzas inside) Crazy stuff was happening youguys BUT I conveniently live right across the street from an auto shop (SHOUTOUT BECKMANS AUTO THEY WILL UNLOCK YOUR CAR FOR UIN A PIZZA EMERGENCY) the pizzas were saved and were incredible (even as leftovers), the curly fries remained crispy which iseven more impressive. 100000/10 would order again if peppino will do the honors ?? We Placed an order for delivery and I heard the driver screaming at my girlfriend from inside just because his call didn’t go... through on her end which meant he had to drive back after leaving, then he had the audacity to put his hands on her phone anddrove off without us getting our food. The business wouldn’t even answer the phone afterwards even though they maintainedcontact the entire time before the incident. They don’t care about their customers and they condone terrible service.Something out of our control should not be a reason to scream or lay hands on a customer or their belongings. Never again!!!!! Quick service, pizza was good but not perfect, not really crunchy - toppings fresh and tasty though!
Ordered a a regular cheese pizza - awesomely thin and chewy crust. Will definitely return with a more adventurous order now that... I know the crust is good ???? Read more
Had two delightful assorted pizza slices and a soda. Zesty pizza sauce. Quick service and plentiful seating.
