To say that this Taco Bell's customer service needs Improvement would be an understatement. The complete lack for customer... satisfaction is utterly disgusting. On multiple occasions I have entered this establishment and then denied access to thebathroom. Denied the service of dining inside. Even though there were other diners present. There are managers that like to makea scene behind the counter where customers can hear and see. Managers that are disgustingly disrespectful to the employees goingon and on and on typically pushing an employee to snap. Almost every order I've bought from this establishment has come out andcorrect. At this point I have to drive more than 3 MI to the next nearest Taco Bell. Hopefully they get new management andthey're act cleaned up soon. Read more
OMG!! This is the rudest most incompetent Taco Bell I ever been to they always get my order wrong the stop making it food are... very rude and then will you tell the manager she just nods as if to be condescending and they don't know how to make the thingsproperly that's on their menu and then when you try to get your order correct they tell you you're wrong I want to order youmake because they don't hear properly or they just don't care they need to work on their attitudes and how to properly make theitems that they advertise on their menu I will never go to this Taco Bell again in my life. I used to love this taco bell but the past 2 times ive been i found a long hair in my taco and this past time i got a quesodilla... and it wasnt cut plus another hair in it. Mind you i do show up late but i work in food service as well and get out late. Asmuch as i hate late orders i dont slack on food quality. Read more
This is possibly one of the worst Taco Bell locations that I have ever visited. The store is lackluster at best. It could stand... to be a bit cleaner. The door slams like a bank vault, and every time somebody exits or enters it makes me want to hit the deck.It sounded like I was being shot it. Not only that, but the service is absolutely horrible. I waited 45 minutes for a gorditacrunch, a 5 layer burrito, and a drink. 45 long slow, gunshot minutes. If you have any other option to visit a location or eatsomewhere else I highly recommend that you do, because you will be utterly disappointed with this location. The corporationneeds to intervene here because this is a complete and utter debacle. However, there is one shining star among the darkness andthat is the customer service. I was treated very nicely by a middle-age black lady there, she did absolutely everything shecould to satisfy me and a lot of what happened was not her fault, so I do give them an additional star instead of just onebecause of that. Every time I go through drive-thru, it is the SLOWEST I've ever been to. Went again on 4/5/21 around 7pm...waited ONE HOUR for... my mobile order that states "ready in 3-5min." Employees were no help and had poor customer service. Once I got home, my tacoswere not filled and were very cheap!! Please see my photo attached. I do NOT recommend going to this Taco Bell.
