Ordered a barbacoa burrito bowl thru uber eats on friday for my boyfriend, who woke up the next day horribly sick, most likely... with food poisoning, and threw up for hours - then slept the rest of the time because his head hurt so bad. Save yourself the headache and go eat somewhere else. Find a chain that follows the same company policy across all their chains... instead of a chain that picks and chooses to implement which policy they are going to apply that day because a stick is so highup their butt. All I simply wanted to order was a quesadilla which the lady was about to make for me but the older woman refusedto let her make it for me because I did not order from the app. She claimed there was a line when I was the only one inline...It doesn't take someone with a half brain to understand when to implement a policy and when to make it when every otherChipotle in Bridgewater, Hillsborough, and Chester NJ all makes them in-store whether you order from the app or not. Terriblecustomer service and not worth it whatsoever. All portions for all other items were also significantly less than every otherChipotle in the surrounding areas so I would take your business to a Chipotle that actually prides itself on serving thecustomers instead of adhering to policies that make customers have a significantly harder time. Chipotle is just great. Don't expect to get your food quickly at peak hours at this location considering it's a college... town. One time we had set our pick up time at 450 but we arrived after 530. Ours wasn't ready yet but someone who had a pickuptime of 550 (we saw on their bag receipt) got theirs finished before us. On the flip side, another time I came two minutesearly from my pick up window and it was already ready. So expect either side of that spectrum when picking up from thislocation. Read more
ordered for take out and food tasted like chipotle however i paid 14.99 for a lifestyle salad bowl and it was half way filled.... they barely put any leafy greens which is the main component of a salad. also there was only 5-6 pieces of protein. you?rebetter ordering a burrito bowl and customizing that. also they did not package it well, as the bag came ripped dripping sauceall over the place.
