Small Dunkin donuts nice place and great customer service.
The staff typically has a poor customer service attitude. When I came in one worker assisted while another sat there and... coughed, did Not cover her mouth (NASTY) and did not have a mask on. They need to improve how they interact with customers andeither wear a mask or DO NOT COUGH AND NOT COVER YOUR MOUTH. i normally do not go to this location anymore because of the poorservice. I went here today in the morning and me and I order a cold brew with cold foam but I said specifically I wanted it with cream... and sugar I didn?t want black and my friend heard me tell het that and the employee was so rude when I told her I didn?t orderthat she started screaming at me saying I was specific enough let me find you that I?m 13 and she?s screaming at a teenager. Iwas humiliated and I left from that place and once I left she said I wasn?t specific enough because when I got to school myfriend asked my other friend who was there if she said anything and she said that the employee said that once we left she saidwe weren?t specific. The place is really appealing and up to date l. The staff had a hard time hearing me and I wasn't sure if it was because of the... mask, plastic guard or a language barrier. I couldn't hear the cashier as well, I had to repeatedly my order three times. Iwanted nitro brew. Some places only serve small and some places will have a medium option. I asked the guy to give me thebiggest size order I can get of this coffee. He grabbed one cup started making the order and I was told by another person Icouldn't get this size. This is unacceptable. Her mask is barely on her face and she's working without gloves on.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The employees here in this small, cramped location have absolutely no home training and have no... business working in customer service. VERY disrespectful and ungrateful individuals- it's a shame to the DD brand that they areemployed here. I spend hundreds of dollars in DD annually and have been a customer in multiple states and was appalled by therudeness on display in this store. Not sure if it was a jealousy thing or what, but these women had an issue with me from thesecond I walked in. They offerred no apology even after I expressed displeasure with their behavior. I walk in , say good morning. Monica , looks at me straight in the eye and ignores me. So I repeat and say" good morning... Monica ". Than she just smirks. Really ?
