First time diners, we were a party of 6 for our son's birthday, last night. Beautiful room and the acoustics were fantastic. A... full restaurant and you weren't screaming to be heard. The cocktails were excellent, the food was delicious and perfectlyportioned, the service was attentive and super friendly. Parking deck across the street. Highly recommend INC. Contemporary decor accented by an extraordinary whiskey bar and flavorful food. I had the "Bourbon Cauliflower" that was nice... and crispy and a perfect start to my meal of "Scottish Salmon" which was served with one of the best sauces I've ever tasted.New Brunswick dining has added another gem!
