My daughter and I tried this place tonight. It was DELICIOUS! My favorite was the shrimp fried rice. The pork soup dumplings... were also very good. My daughter loved the sesame noodles. Read more

Had the beef noodle and soup dumplings here and it was really good. A lot of restaurants do soup dumplings now but very few get... it right. Noodle is Calling is one of the few that got it right. The dumpling was juicy, flavourful and had lots of soupinside. Very similar to the soul dumplings I've had in Shanghai. Read more

The spicy pork dry noodles did not ?????????????????? unfortunately, contrary to establishment's name. The flavoring is simple,... perhaps too simple (chile oil), even for a simple person like me. However, the quick service and simple menu elevate the overallexperience from ???? ???? ???? to ???? ???? ???? ????. Nevertheless, I will have to give them another try with a differententree because everyone deserves second chances. For most things. Read more

We ordered house special for 11.25. the portion is huge so you wouldn't need to order anything else. I hardly finished mine.... Noodles were very freshly made and you could tell by the taste, soup tasted great. The only thing I don't like is thateverything comes in plastic but it's understandable as they are mainly a takeout place. Read more

I came here for lunch with my boyfriend. The food came out very fast --within 10 minutes after we ordered. The waiter was prompt... and helpful. The food was very good and worth trying. My favorite is the Sesame Noodles. I wished the dishes that were labeledas spicy were actually spicy. I added the house chili oil but it didn't add much spice to the meal. Read more

Must try. This noodles are delicious and you can customize the bowls to your liking. You choose which broth type you want and... noodles too. We got the Beef Noodle (not spicy) and the Chicken Katsu rice. The chicken katsu rice was good as well but more of asimple dish. It came with white rice, bok choy and a small container of katsu. For appetizer we got the Sichuan styledumplings. So good! Probably my favorite thing we ordered. The dumplings have a good spice and are flavorful. They have otherdumplings on the menu and can't wait to go back and try the others. We ordered takeout and the food was ready in under 15minutes! Price point is great. It's in downtown so parking can sometimes be difficult. Read more

If you are reading this, let me tell you that it wasn't the noodles that call me to this fine establishment, but the rice. As I... am typing this review, I am eating their Taiwanese Stewed Pork with Rice. The noodle soup there is authentic as can be and quitehonestly the best beef noodle soup I've had, and I'm Chinese, and I've been to many Chinatowns around the US. I am quitesurprised to find something that I can actually say "tastes like home". There have been many new additions that have come andgone at George St and the Rutgers Area in general, but I hope this is here to stay. The prices are extremely fair and I wouldhonestly pay more if they did charge higher (I hope they don't). I will probably come here multiple times a month, with orwithout company! I highly recommend. Ordered the Spicy Beef Noodles for $10.95. My boyfriend ordered the Taiwanese stewed pork with rice for $8.75. Prices are very... reasonable and the food came out super quick and hot! This is our first time here and we would both definitely be back. Thenoodles were cooked perfectly and absorbed the flavor of the broth well. The beef was also tender and soft. It tasted just likehomemade beef noodle soup! The portion size was also not too much and not too little. Chili oil was also yummy. 10/10 -affordable, quick, delicious! Read more
