Every single one of our orders was messed up. Ordered vegetarian soup and got one with meat. Bought two orders of broccoli... cheddar Mac and cheese and was given two small orders of normal mac and cheese. On the sandwich, the ingredients were slapped ononly one side of the bread. 0/10 Read more
Overall my experience with the food was good but I stayed to study late and instead of just mentioning that the restaurant was... closing they just cut the lights off on all of the customers. It was really rude because everyone was a student just trying toget work done. I?m sure if they would have just told us they were closing people would have left. This happened today 10/12. Read more
Consistent food quality, service is OK. We were eating in but food was prepared togo.
The Medditerian veggie sandwich and 10 Vegetable soup were delicious. The restaurant was clean and the staff preparing the food... were properly masked, from what I could see. However, the cashier was not wearing a mask and not careful about retrievingpastries. Some customers actually do care about food safety. That is why I cannot give 5 stars. Read more
Ordered through the Panera app. Got a call from DoorDash that they needed a few more minutes to pick up the order. Still waiting... an hour and half later with DoorDash driver info changing THREE TIMES and no update on my order. Read more

In all New Brunswick this is the sole Panera Bread however it?s management has not been equalizing the quality of its service to... the standard of Panera Bread. For instance, I discovered the world map on its coffee bar which had been drawn by ignored stainsof coffee spills, and even there had been no coffee at all until I asked the waitress to bring the coffee. The waitress was notin a pleasant mood and seemingly was not aware of customers around her and I asked her the price for the cheese bread and shewas like ?our store is small we don?t have that?, so I ordered a cinnamon roll and a beagle and she just threw a beagle that Inever like.
