Love the staff they?re informative, polite and helpful. It?s always clean in the front and back of the house (from what I can... see) always smells good, Great place to be in. Edit: everything as far as food and inside the facility was great but today I?verevisited playa bowls in New Brunswick and never really sat outside. Usually I get my stuff and leave, sadly to say theiroutdoor sitting area is a safety hazard, even when you walk into the little ally sitting area you have to be careful not to bumpinto the nail that?s sticking out. I?ve post photos to show how bad the outside area is really wish they fixed it the table topsand edges are broken you can get a splinter. Me and my roommate LOVE acai bowls! This place is own weekend meal place, we stay on Rutgers Campus and this is one of the few... places we frequently order from! Not sure if the workers are just careless or illiterate. EVERY time (not sometimes) I order a bowl from here they ALWAYS get it... wrong. ALWAYS missing something, forgetting something or adding things I didn?t order. I?ve been meaning to leave a review forthe past month and FINALLY have the chance right now while my bf runs in and gets them to add the extra walnuts and peanutbutter that they forgot. They?re nice about fixing their repetitive mistakes most of the time, but SHEEEEEEESH. EVERY time?!Thank god we usually pick it up (which we do now since we expect them to get something wrong).
