Awesome experience. This hospitality from Chef Louis was like nothing I've ever experienced and the food itself was amazing.
Tasty food and great service at chef Luis in New Canaan Connecticut. The muscles with amazing sauce and cus cus was definitely... the star of the show. Tuna tartare is definitely a must have And you can't go wrong with any combinations of tacos. we have alsotried the salmon. Portions are are right sized they are filling but not oversized. Fantastic. We had such a nice night having dinner at the bar. The food was really delicious and the menu had something for... everyone, and more. Gabe, our bartender, was attentive and personable. We really enjoyed his company and recommendations. ChefLuis has put together a great menu with a wide range of dishes and his passion for food and happy eating really shines. Heard that Chef Luis had re-established his namesake restaurant and was excited to revisit after a several year hiatus. In... short: WOW!! The food and experience was terrific. I had the fajitas, which were super flavorful and my wife and friends eachhad the tacos (chicken, beef, and shrimp). They were all delicious and to a person everyone said that this would be their go-toplace for tacos (among other entrees). Luis paid a visit to each table and his enthusiasm and passion for his restaurant waspalpable. Really enjoyed the experience and so glad Chef Luis is back in action!! Read more

SO SO GOOD!!! Everything was so great— from the ambience, to the service, to the food. Quick wait time and amazing employees!...
