Far from authentic Mexican food. The quality of the rice seemed like instant rice, no flavor, no seasoning. The burritos were... even worst. Please go back to your drawing board and find a real chef with Mexican-American experience. My dinner experience wasruined. smh. Read more
I ordered the "vegetarian taco bowl" at Mobile T-Bird, the food truck in Stamford. The food on this page looks beautiful, but I... understand some variance since it's not a full kitchen. What I don't understand is charging $15 for some raw vegetables, boxrice and guacamole. Pretty misleading name, but I don't know what else you could call this other than "raw toppings," and that'srightfully unflattering. I let the manager know how I felt and she offered chips and salsa.
