Burger was raw, cheese sticks and chicken fries were old. So gross. Worst location
No complaints on the food or service like all the other comments. It's a fairly new location and no ody wants to work anymore so... obviously it's not going to be perfect. I'll definitely be going back. Read more
This only the second time I went there and both times my order was completely wrong. After a long day at work and with an hour... drive to and from, there is no way I'm going to drive back up to get it corrected. Very disappointed and hungry after spending$25, for two and didn't get anything we would eat. I don't even want my meals, I want my money back at this point. Should havewent to taco bell. Read more
I got lost,in New Caney,coming from the Houston, Tx, airport after being detoured 3 times,,when I came in the air conditioner... had gone out,so not many people,it was so hot,,but got very great directions from Carlos,,he even took the time to help me putthem in my phone,he was so nice and professional,this got me all the way back to San Antonio Texas,,,Thank you so muchCarlos???? Need to find someone else to work the window. Someone that doesn?t hate their job or talk in a rude manner to people. Worst... experience I?ve ever had at any food establishment. When I went inside apparently the guy does this regularly bc no one seemedto be surprised. Do better at hiring people in customer service bc his was trash. Read more
Food came out hot and fresh, however fries were bland and unseasoned, burger was excellent. A little rude at the ordering screen... as the lady feels the need to correct customers on what comes on a burger with a tone. Stingy with the sause so if you expect tohave enough bbq or ranch that's not gonna happen might wanna bring your own. Read more

Very rude staff. Food was undercooked. Basically threw it at us. We were asked what sauces we wanted, then didn?t get ANY. When... I asked her for the sauces, she had an attitude! Been twice and both times were HORRIBLE!!! Do not waste your money!!!! Read more
