This place always has the rudest employees. They are too busy talking to themselves and laughing and don't pay attention while... you're placing your order so they make you repeat yourselves numerous times. They never have "receipt paper" so you don't reallyknow what they are charging you because the screen also doesn't work. Took three times telling the person in drive through what we wanted and she kept saying no pickles (we asked for no ketchup)... even as she handed off the food so we asked her and she agreed that it was no ketchup. Went through the drive through and wanted to order nuggets. On the value menu the price was 2.99. The clerk told me 3.29. It's... not the .30 cents, it's the principle. The clerk was rude. In general the food is good, it arrives hot at your hands, fast service, the only problem I had today were the potatoes, the... curly fried ones fascinate me, but apparently today I had the last ones they gave me pure scraps, I understand that not all ofthem can go whole but with mine they passed. I think the lady was already annoyed because I asked her for my drink without iceand she gave it to me with ice and I told her that I had ordered it without ice to which she replied: and so did you ask in theback? I just came through the drive-thru about 10 minutes ago. All I ordered was one order of tiny tacos. They are so stale. I can't... even eat them. Very embarrassing for y'all. Do better. I ordered one thing. It's not like it would take long to cook some freshtiny tacos. I could understand this happening if I had ordered multiple items but this is just ridiculous. I also think thatit's a bunch of b******* how y'all won't refund people for their money. You only let them have the option of getting somethingelse for the same price.
