This location has become unusable, the orders are now always missing items. The first few months of operation were at 100% but... now I'd like the place shut down. It's like cesspit-city in there where my odds have less than 1% of the employees withpermitted OSSFs at home(sewage). Read more
Everything on McDonald's staff was good. The thing I hate is that people are SO lazy that they don't throw their own trash away.... That's the second time I go in and the same table gets left with trash. You have the staff coming after some lazy customers toclean up after them. That's not the staff's job. I understand if you have an accident, and the staff comes with mop to help youclean up but not to pick up after you. Then to top it off, some lady had her baby (like a two year old) in diapers sitting ontop of a table. Read more
The staff is great, everyone seemed to be working well together, and food was coming out quickly. I ordered 2 sausage... sandwiches, and they tasted just like all the the sandwiches do. Even though they were very busy, an individual was sent outinto the lobby to do some busing. Something you do not always see when a McDonalds gets hopping. Read more
Went to get my grandson a happy meal. Girl at the window ran my card and it didn?t go through. She looked at me like I was trash... and said it didn?t go through. I smiled and said I had been having problems with the chip on that card and if she could run itagain. That there was plenty of money. She rolled her eyes and said maybe like I didn?t have enough for a happy meal orsomething. Learn customer service. You politely tell the customer the card was declined and if they?d like you to try it againyou run the card again and see what happens you don?t roll your eyes and act like a 16-year-old !!! Fast service. Good food, the French fries not up to McDonald's usual standard. Soggy ff's ugh! Otherwise the staff was great.

I came here for a quick night snack and ordered two 6 pc. Buttermilk chicken tenders. Not only were they saying they were... burning the tenders they also took about 35 min. To make this simple order. There are so many people working in the area butthey have failed. This is honestly ridiculous, I have been to mcdonalds where they have been extremely short staffed but stillmanaged to pull thru. Read more
It's a McDonald's... lol service is always good, but hard to hear in the drive through... I'm not sure who thought it was a good... idea to put the drive through speakers directly next to the highway... I'm sure it was a college graduate engineer... but theyneed their head inspected... a little common sense goes alot further than a degree ???? ???? Read more
