Ordered a pizza during my lunch to be picked up after work since I knew I'd be busy and would not have time later on. I was... actually 30 mins late picking up so that's my fault for that however they apparently made my pizzas WAY earlier to the pointwhere it was already checked out... I'm assuming it had been sitting there for like 2 hours since it was luke warm. I didn'thave time to sit and wait since it was my son's birthday and we live 30 minutes from the store. Read more

COOK THE DOUGH! I always order from here because it's convenient and I've always like Papa John's, but even when I put on the... order to make sure it says "well done" so the dough isn't so raw they still continue to deliver the pizza with the dough barelycooked. I hate writing a disappointing review on a place and staff, but enough is enough. This location use to be the bomb when they... first opened, the past 2 years it has fallen and going really low in customer service and food quality. Besides getting a thincrust burnt pizza yesterday for the kids, which most kids eyes pop out when they see pepperoni pizza, this one could have beenused for a frizzbee. Pizza should ooze of cheese and sauce, bend when you pick it up to bite it on the regular slices. Everypizza we have gotten this year has been over cooked and dark brown cheese, black bottom. Last month the guy at the store didn'tmake our pizzas right and told my husband they are too busy to honor special request, Ok then why do they have "create your own"on the menu? It was simple I called too to make sure they marked the box and asked them not to sprinkle dry seasonings on ourextreme pepperoni because it makes it too salty, that's it! Our three pizzas were so over seasoned, burnt and salty that I thinkit was intentional. We actually just threw them away, Another time they made us wait in the car after ordering online for almost50 mins after a 20 minute drive there, not busy that night and when my husband kept asking they said it was not ready only to befinally found sitting the whole time in the delivery section getting cold, yuk! So eating out cost too much to bother with thatwasting our money , gas, and time. We drive a ways to get something nice just to be disappointed, so we are done with it all! It took about 10 minutes of waiting on hold to place an order for pickup. After arriving I see why, they only had 2 people... working. One guy running deliveries and one guy cooking and answering the phones. I dropped one star as they do not have arestroom for customer use. The subway at the other end will let you use theirs. The one man working inside looked to be makingeverything fresh and it was very clean looking inside. The work area looked clean as well. The food was good and the wait timewas about 30 minutes for a pickup order. Customer service was good. They were not rude nor over the top in your face fake happypushy like. First time at this location and I didn't get dipping sauce. Wish they put more mushrooms on and more generous with the other... toppings too. Overall, the pizza was still good. I ordered ahead and it looked like they made it way before my pickup time causethe pizza was not fresh out of the oven hot when I picked it up. By the time I got home, like 5 minutes away, it was only warmand the crust was not crispy/crunchy anymore. Read more
Yes, the reviews are true. Cold pizza and still overpriced. Not my first option unless left with no choice. Just be prepared to... have your oven or air fryer on preheat/bake to pop those cold pizzas in there upon arrival. Was credited half of what I paidafter speaking to manager. Waited over 2 hours for delivery. Only 1 delivery driver. Read more
