Check your order before leaving because they frequently don't get it right the first time. They don't tell you there will be an... 8-9 minute wait until AFTER they take your money. Then that turns into 25 minutes and they don't even bother to say Sorry. Read more
My order was correct, food tasted great, but customer service is terrible. The person was borderline rude. When I received order... I asked for a sauce and was told they only give ketchup for fries, however, there was none in my bag. I was told I have to payfor any sauce other than ketchup. I'll stick to Chick-fil-A, Cane's, and Slim's where I am she's what sauce I'd like with myorder. Read more
Tried to place an order at the drive thru , no one answered the speaker so we drove to the window to place our order. We had to... wait for our food and when we got home we didn't have all our order. I have been trying to call the store and the phone doesn'teven ring it just hangs up. Never again will I be back to this Popeyes , it's a rip-off. Read more
My mom is hard of hearing and she told the young lady in the drive-thru as much. She obliged and spoke up. Very polite and quick... to smile. I appreciate it when people are understanding and are openly nice. The food was good. No complaints from me. Read more
I order the same thing every time I go to Popeyes and this time and this location I was told I could not order blackened tenders... and spicy tenders as part of my tender combo. I had to pick either all blackened or all spicy which I?ve never had to do.Apparently this location is not about customers. Read more
Got there 4/23/2022 after 3pm and wanted two popcorn shrimp and tender baskets. Before I left I checked my food order and got... no tenders. When I got home I couldn't even eat the shrimp it is old and hard. Don't recommend wasting your time or money. Read more
